April 24th, 2008: Amanda Bynes is the coolest girl in the world. She got her hair done at Jessica Galvan in Beverly Hills and was very up front about not ever having seen so many paps before. "I'm really not that cool," she said adding that she was "flattered," and was generally an all around good sport.
