May 19, 2008: X17 photogs spotted the ever-looking-better Britney Spears boogie-boarding in Costa Rica on Mel Gibson's private beach this weekend. Our girl is looking like she's having a TON of fun in the therapeutic waters of Central America. Could part of glow be attributed to her manager (new love interest??) Jason Trawick??
