January 28, 2008: X17 photogs spot Britney hopping out of Sam's Escalade and going to her house on foot. She is clearly distraught, and tearfully tells the paps "I'm having a nice time with my dog." The melodrama continues as she paces back and forth (sometimes even tripping) in front of her gated community and she finally gets into a pap's car and leaves.
