Tuesday September 18th, Britney Spears goes to the Glen Market Liquor Store and gets surrounded by a large crowd of paparazzi. It takes several minutes to get them to back up so she can leave. Maybe the ice cream wasn't worth it. KFed and Big Tony may call her a drug addict, but all we accuse Britney of is being a bit messy at times! But then who can eat ice cream on a stick without getting a little messy?

Kevin's attorney wasn't the only legal eagle giving a statement outside the courthouse after this morning's events - we also heard from Laura Wasser, Britney's former attorney! Ms. Wasser's statement, however, was mostly limited to her recent termination of Britney, claiming that she had simply performed the service for which she'd been hired, and that Britney was fine. She did, however, make the point that Tony isn't a credible witness!

After a long morning of legal proceedings, Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan gave a statement outside the courthouse, in which he refused to comment on a number of subjects ranging from Tony's testimony to the rumors of the FBI investigating possible plots against his client's life.

Monday, September 17th: Gloria Allred showed up with her client, the "secret witness", who X17 has exclusively ID'd as a former bodyguard of Britney's. She paused for questions outside, but would not disclose his name, though X17 has confirmed that his name is Tony.

Thursday September 13th: No matter what happens between Brit and Kevin, it's good to k now grandma and grandpa are always there to spend quality time with the boys! Lynne Spears enjoys pushing her grandkids Sean and Jayden around in their cute little toy cars.

Thursday September 13th: Ron Jeremy feels like he has all the answers on why Britney's performance at the VMAs was less than spectacular, citing that she was 3.5 hours late and that "she could have had it, if she'd just rehearsed" but that her dancers ended up looking better than her. Ouch! When Ron Jeremy starts making sense, you know you're in trouble.
