August 30th, Thursday: Britney back to business at the recording studio, and the standard police escort when paps are around for exits. Then she headed to the tanning salon, what a girl needs from time to time. Lastly, Brit with a friend had Sushi for dinner. Busy day for Brit and her former manager Larry Rudolph, who was also tanning at Sunset Tan yesterday and finally got served by KFed’s peoples. Is anyone safe?

Tuesday August 28th, After running out of gas, Britney decides she needs some retail therapy and goes shopping at Club Monaco in Beverly Hills. While inside, a dedicated parking attendant tickets her car for being illegally parked.

Yet, despite all of her troubles, her fans are never far away. As Britney gets in her car, she's greeted with calls of "I Love You Britney!" but this mama wants to make a quick getaway and impatiently calls out for an older woman to get out the way.

While traveling from home into Beverly Hills with her two boys in the backseat, our girl accidentally ran out of gas on Beverly Drive... but no, she wasn't driving! Her bodyguard was, and he asked one of our X17 photogs to get gas for them! Unfortunately, Brit's new white Mercedes was currently stuck in the middle of the road (right in front of Crate & Barrel) and the police had to come to push it to the nearest gas station. By the time the car arrived, our photog was already there with a red gas can and filled up the tank - wow, what a close call!

Monday August 27th, When you're Britney Spears, you'd think a Starbucks run could easily be accomplished by an assistant or even her bodyguard but it seems like Starbucks is a personal mission for Britney. In fact, we've seen her stopping for a cup of joe morning, noon, and night - Britney can't seem to get enough!

August 27th, Our photographers spot Britney Spears and her bodyguard leaving the studio in her white Mercedes convertible.

Britney pal and mystery man "Sam" has spoken to X17 exclusively to tell us a strange story of entrapment and assualt by five men he believes to be on the payroll of Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Sam claims Kevin's lawyer wants to subpoena him to testify in the custody battle waging between the former couple. He says a team of process servers, including one he believes to be the former Israeli militia man Aaron Cohen (who served Alli Sims just weeks ago), blocked his entrance to the parking garage at his apartment today as he returned him, surprising him with three cars driven into the path of his car, forcing an accident that left thousands of dollars of damage done to his new Mercedes.

Divorced grandparents Lynne and Jamie Spears take Sean Preston and Jayden James for a walk around Kevin Federline's Tarzana neighborhood Saturday, August 25th, while Kevin is out of town shooting an episode of "One Tree Hill".

Sunday August 26, The Portofino Sun Center in Beverly Hills turned into another pap catwalk for Brit, so much that she needed a police escort after her tan. All the paparazzi action didn’t faze a persistent meter maid who was working hard Sunday evening to write Brit a ticket. Brit is going to need extra sunscreen from all that overexposure!
