May 23, 2010: Simon Monjack's body was removed from deceased wife Brittany Murphy's house in the Hollywood Hills Sunday evening and taken to LAC+USC Medical Center. Brittany Murphy died in the same place five months before.

December 20th, 2009: Brittany Murphy's mother and husband frantically tried to resuscitate the actress while a 911 officer kept them on the line December 20th. "My daughter's passed out!" Sharon Murphy is heard screaming while crying. "We're doing mouth to mouth. Please get here quick! Please hurry!" Chilling.

Thursday, December 24th: Brittany Murphy's family and friends were seen leaving her residence and driving to her funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles.

Wednesday, December 23rd: Friends and come by to give their condolences to Brittany Murphy's family and flowers were also delivered to the residence.

Sunday, December 20th: Brittany Murphy's neighbors give their accounts of Brittany's well mannered behavior over the years, following the young stars tragic death earlier in the morning. Her neighbor Claire gives another eyewitness account of the paramedic's attempt to revive Murphy before she was rushed to the hospital. Caterers arrive with food for the mourning family and friends inside Brittany's home.

Sunday, December 20th: Brittany Murphy's Neighbor Claire says she saw EMS try to resuscitate Brittany but, as the Claire put it, "she was obviously dead at that time." She also describes the state Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, was in when paramedics arrived.

Sunday, December 20th: Despite rumors that husband Simon Monjack did not want a autopsy performed on his deceased wife, Ed Winter, spokesman for the L.A. County Coroner's Office, says an autopsy on Brittany Murphy will be conducted by Monday or Tuesday, and at the moment no foul play is expected.

December 20, 2009: We were on the scene outside of Brittany Murphy's home in West Hollywood as LAPD arrived to investigate and friends and family came to mourn the death of the young actress. Various media outlets were there to report.
