January 28, 2008: After 3 kids you'd think Brooke would be fully prepared for her 4th, but X17 photogs spotted the expectant mama shopping at Bel Bambini in Beverly Hills. Brooke spotted an old friend (perhaps someone from her E! days?) in the crowd of paps and gave the photog a quick hug before getting into her car.
