January 4, 2009 - Around 11:30 in the morning, Casey Johnson's landlord made a call to 911 after discovering the Johnson & Johnson heiress', "cold," "blue" body in the guest house Casey rented. The operator mentions suicide by the landlord does not suggest there was suicide or foul play.

X17 Xclusive - January 7th, 2010: X17 obtained an Xclusive interview with Casey Johnson's neighbor, who also allowed us to photograph the pool that has been referenced so much, as well as the guest house. He described Casey as "elegant" and regretted that she fell in with a bad crowd.
