January 29, 2010: A number of celebs were gearing up for the Grammys Friday night at Christopher "Tricky" Stewart's Pre-Grammy party at Wonderland in Hollywood. Ciara was spotted in a lovely and extremely short ruffly white dress. Stevie Wonder proved 59 is never too old to party. Joe Francis gave us the low-down on his recent court victory and said that Heidi Montag is "addicted to publicity, not plastic surgery." Last but not least, rapper Ne-Yo was spotted getting into his Ferrari with a lovely female companion who was showing off her bling.

November 18, 2009: Despite being convicted of assaulting Rihanna, Chris Brown still drew screams from the ladies as he arrived at Avalon. We also spotted R&B divas Ciara and Keri Hilson.

September 22nd, 2009: The paps caught up with Ciara at the M•A•C store on Robertson Blvd. Tuesday afternoon. She was greeted by a pretty large pap swarm as she got into her car to leave, but waived to the paps and was lovely nonetheless.
