July 8th, 2008: Dane Cook was at Beverly Hills Municipal Court Wednesday afternoon. His landlord apparently took him to court because the comedian refuses to pick up his dog's crap. I knew you could get a ticket for that, but had no idea it could land you in court! Needless to say, Dane was not having any of our paps' provocations, and chose to remain completely tight-lipped.
