X17 Xclusive - May 6th, 2009: We caught up with Eva Mendes out hiking with her dog Wednesday. We tried talking to her, but Eva wasn't having it today. Instead she hid her face all the way back to her car. Oh well, the dog wasn't shy and we got some fabulous shots of him! (To be honest, he was actually vamping it up for the cameras!)
