Sept 12, 2008 - Paps caught up with Gary Busey outside Malibu Gourmet, they asked him what he thought of Kanye's recent vandalism charge for breaking a paparazzi camera. Gary said he understood that sometimes when people get too close, it can be like a tsunami. He chatted a bit before leaving.
