We spotted the "CSI" actor Gary Dourdan enjoying a beautiful summer day in Paris, on April 28, 2008, Dourdan was arrested in Palm Springs on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, and prescription drugs, the actor still smokes a lot but seems to be in a better condition these days!
