February 16th, 2010: Giuliana Depandi was spotted in Beverly Hills Tuesday afternoon. The E! beauty was seen walking through the parking lot and entering Byron & Tracey Salon. Later as she was leaving, she joked with the photographers and told us that Mischa was a sweet girl and that, in her opinion, Mischa was probably photographed smoking a cig, not marijuana.
