Thursday, November 22, 2012 - Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez returns home with an injured hand and neck after getting into a brawl with Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry shortly before 10 a.m., which left Aubry in the hospital with fractured ribs and bruising to his face. Media outlets gather outside of Berry's Beverly Hills home, and Aubry's black Mercedes is still parked outside. So far police have not filed charges against either party.
