I have begun to realize quitting tobacco will be almost impossible. I began using cigarettes while I was 14 years old. It was the hugest mistake I've made. Now 30 years down the road and I have chronic copd. I used most of the stopping tools and yet not a thing helped me. My last hope will be the smokeless cigarette in the end.

I stopped smoking a week ago and it is beginning to affect me right now. My companion keeps telling me I will not be able to complete it but I am so focused of this I will. Today I began experianceing cramps inside my lower stomach and I seriously want to have a cig. I don't give in as I'm stopping for our youngsters. I am fortunate to have the electric cigarettes. It has been very useful to me.

I smoked for many years. I realize it damages my overall health and so I want to quit smoking though it is harder than you can imagine. None of the stopping methods helped. Then I came upon the ecig. It has basically saved my life. No longer inhaling poisons feels awesome!
