October 31, 2009: We spotted Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag shopping for lingerie and cowboy boots in West Hollywood. Heidi got excited by the dominatrix costumes. Later they had lunch at Il Pastaio Restaurant where we caught Heidi feeding Spencer. Both took turns taking video of all the photogs watching them with their camera phones.
