X17 Xclusive - April 16, 2010: We spotted Hilary Duff on a double dinner date with fiance Mike Comrie and a few friends in Toluca Lake, CA on Friday evening. As they left the restaurant, 22-year-old Duff scolded photographers saying, "Isn't it a little late for you guys to be out?"
