October 13th, 2009: Howard K. Stern was at court today for the trial surrounding the death of Anna Nicole Smith. As he was leaving the court and walking to his car, a photographer asked if he was one-hundred percent not guilty, to which he replied, "One-hundred percent." His lawyer Steve Sadow spoke with the media and also proclaimed Stern's innocence.
