June 1st, 2010: Jason Davis proposed to his girlfriend Michelle Haugo at The Ivy Tuesday afternoon. They showed off the ring, which was an impressively large blue diamond. The paparazzi also asked Jason about going back into rehab again, and he joked, "One rehab to the next... I'm going rehab hopping!" But then got serious when he said, "It's the start of a new life with the woman that I love."

X17 Xclusive - January 6, 2010: When asked about the rumors that his brother Brandon Davis is gay, Jason Davis said, "Brandon, if he can get crack or coke, any which way he can, and momsie doesn't give him money, he's got to figure other options." Jason also talks about his drug use and depression after his doctor told him he had "three months to live" because of "some strange disease I had in my stomach that was spreading and would eat my organs."

X17 XCLUSIVE - January 6, 2010: Jason Davis invited X17 into his apartment to tell his story about his January 3rd intervention in which he claims Tom Arnold and his brother Alexander kicked open his bedroom door, waved a baseball bat at him, dragged him through the apartment, injuring his foot and scraping his back. He told us that his girlfriend was also threatened, and talked about his disfunctional family and events leading to the intervention.
