Tuesday, September 15th: While Frankie Degaldo and the owner Sam were posing for pictures on the red carpet of the M16 opening. Joe Francis was denied access to the red carpet when he shows up to the M16 Opening which resulted in Joe interrupting the entire opening and being escorted by security and LAPD sheriffs.
