January 31, 2010: We spotted brothers Joel and Benji Madden arriving at the EMI Post Grammy party W Hollywood Hotel. Nicole Richie was with them, but stayed in the car and drove off. When we asked Jason Davis about his alleged overdose, he asked, "Overdose? Do I look like I overdosed?" Also spotted here are recently divorced Deryk Whibley, members of Cypress Hill and Lil Mama. Cypress Hill's Sen Dog said, "F**k everyone trying to shut down the marijuana co-ops...America legalize it forever, that's for real."
