September 23, 2009 - Dancing With the Stars partners Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff were surrounded by a frenzy of fans and photogs as they dropped by Millions of Milkshakes to create a few signature shakes. They practiced their dance moves for the audience and it looks like Aaron is going to need lots of practice!
