February 5, 2010: We spotted recently divorced Kate Gosselin out on the town for the first time since her divorce from Jon. She dined with a mystery man at Butter Restaurant in NYC. Kate kept tight lipped when asked about Jon Gosselin allowing TLC to film their children if they agree to drop the lawsuit. After we spotted her, Kate headed to Spin New York social club.
