Saturday, January 22, 2011: We spotted Katherine Jackson's business partner Howard Mann heading to his lawyer's office after being sued by Michael Jackson's estate. He had this to say about the suit: "We think that the estate is just trying to stop Mrs. Jackson from being able to make money... Our company hasn't done anything that's any violation of their rights or their trademarks, and we're just looking for our day in court."

Monday, August 23, 2010: Kathy and Joe Jackson were present at the continuing legal battle over son Michael's wrongful death suit against Dr. Conrad Murray. Katherine recently said that reports she and Joe will divorce are untrue.
