November 20th, 2009: Kelly Osbourne was spotted after visiting the Larry King show Friday afternoon. Entertainment Tonight caught up with Kelly and interviewed her about Dancing With The Stars. Afterwards she signed autographs for fans and got a little impatient as she got stuck in a traffic jam when leaving.
