X17 Xclusive - November 1, 2009: We spotted Kiefer Sutherland spending over 5 hours at Madeo dining and drinking with friends. When the restaurant closed, he and his party continued to smoke and drink on an outside patio. Kiefer got silly making tongue faces and fake-punching his male friend, and looked like he could barely hold his wine glass. When they left the restaurant at around 1am, Kiefer looked like a very happy drunk.
