September 18th, 2009: The paps caught up with Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Kris after a photo shoot for Famous Cupcakes Friday afternoon. Kim graciously gave hugs to her fans and Kourtney was the object of desire for a group of 14-year-old boys.
