Acne Diet Assist Please? ok so im 12 and wish go on a diet to help my acne.... i just must eat healthier..... i dont have really bad acne but its there and noticable and knocking my confidence..... soooo can any person help me with what foods to eat/not eat?? i drink alot of water and i do eat fast foods a bit and i like sweet stuff, mostly chocolate.... i know, i've a bad diet and im going to get fat if it continues... im only 12 though.... can someone help me?
