Lindsay Lohan works it at The Ivy, then flexes her shopping muscles at Chanel on Rodeo Dr. before going to the Peninsula Hotel to relax on Tuesday, November 13, 2007.

November 13, 2007: After a casual lunch at The Ivy on Robertson Blvd, Lindsay Lohan headed to Channel in Beverly Hills for a little retail therapy. After perusing the purses, she picked up her camera and began snapping shots of X17 photogs! We guess she wanted to catch us, catching her!

Monday November 12th, Lindsay Lohan worked off her community service hours at a local Los Angeles American Red Cross Blood Bank. The Red Cross seems to be achieving celebrity status of it's own, with both Lindsay and Christina Aguilera visiting on the same day!

Saturday November 10th, Lindsay Lohan was spotted shopping at American Rag Cie in Beverly Hills. Lindsay seem be very talkative with a fellow shopper while in the store. I wonder what Riley will have to say about that.

Sunday November 11th: Lilo hit the streets with gal pal DJ Samantha Ronson. The duo started at Samantha’s house then a couple intermittent stops at Lilo’s friend’s house and of course some retail therapy at the Diavolina boutique on Robertson.

Friday November 9th: Lindsay makes her rounds of shopping and eating out all while keep her ever growing entourage of paps in check. Lilo put her foot down and commanded the paps to stay back, looks like she has full control of her circus. Lilo started at Byron Williams, Harold Hammerman Building, Bossa Nova for lunch and ended the night at XIV Karat.

Thursday November 08th: Lindsay Lohan has a much tamer nightlife in her new post-rehab days, she was spotted exiting her assistant’s house in Beverly Hills and was caught by the paps and the sprinklers. Lindsay makes a run for the car to protect her new boots. Lohan and company dined at Yu & Mi Sushi in Beverly Hills. Lilo’s security man is not feeling all the pap overexposure and yells, “No flashes we can’t see!”

Wednesday November 7th: After a day of AA meetings Lilo rewards herself at the H&M off Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. Lohan was mobbed by paps but took time out from shopping to pose with her littlest fans. Keep up the good work Lindsay!
