Sunday, December 26th, 2010: Dawn Holland was spotted picking up her lunch with a co-worker, when she was asked if she had been paid to drop charges against her alleged attacker Lindsay Lohan.

Wednesday, December 22nd, 2010: Lindsay Lohan's alleged victim/attacker, former Betty Ford Center technician Dawn Holland was spotted today in Palm Desert. Dawn adamantly denied being paid $10,000.00 by TMZ for an exclusive interview, but when asked about the incident and her further legal plans, Dawn said she would not be making any comments and to please contact her lawyer.

Friday, December 10, 2010: We spotted actress Malin Akerman leaving Trousdale lounge with Emmanuelle Chriqui after they celebrated a friends birthday. When asked about "replacing" Lindsay Lohan in upcoming film "Inferno," Ackerman responded, "I'm very flattered for the offer. We are still in negotiation." We also spotted Mel B leaving the club with hubby Stephen Belafonte and friends. They looked like they were having a blast! Rocker Slash's entourage was in a less perky mood as they left the WeHo hotspot.
