Monday, July 12, 2010: Dina Lohan and her assistant, Eleanor ordered fast food from In-N-Out and Wendys' fast food chains for her daughter Lindsay Lohan. Dina explained that Lindsay likes the food from In-N-Out and the milkshakes from Wendys.

X17 Xclusive - July 12th, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was spotted en route to Smashbox Studios Monday afternoon. The photographer asked her if she was back with Samantha Ronson and if Samantha was supporting her, but Lindsay remained tight-lipped.

July 10, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was seen arriving to a private residence in the Hollywood Hills with her mother, Dina, and assistant, Eleanor. Lindsay had no comment when asked if she'd talked with Paris Hilton about going to jail, and covered her head with her jacket as she was swarmed by photographers.

July 9th, 2010: Lindsay almost shimmered Friday afternoon on a trip to Coffee Bean with her mother Dina, sister Ali, and rumored new girlfriend Eilat Anschel. She was in such great spirits, in fact, that she smiled and even said, "Thank you!" to the photographer. Whoa!

July 7th, 2010: The police were called to Lindsay's apartment building Wednesday afternoon. Apparently they were responding to complaints about the numerous photographers that showed up on the scene in response to Lindsay's headline-grabbing court hearing yesterday.

Tuesday, July 6th, 2010: Lindsay Lohan love interest Eilat Anschel was spotted inside Lindsay's apartment building texting what seemed to be some important messages.

July 6th, 2010: Michael Lohan and his lawyer Lisa Bloom held a press conference to address the verdict that will send Lindsay to jail for potentially 90 days. They continued to make their case for Lindsay going to rehab, surprisingly, not aware that the judge had ordered Lindsay's 90 days jail sentence to be followed by 90 days of rehabilitation. Once they were informed of this they said they considered it a "victory" then, but stressed that, "We don't believe incarceration is the place for addicts." Michael Lohan only spoke during the press conference once, to say that "My daughter has been failed in this case and a lot of people will in the future if they don't get it right."

Tuesday, July 6th, 2010: Lindsay Lohan arrived at a courthouse in Beverly Hills for her probation hearing. Lindsay dressed in a black top with dark gray pants, quickly walked in the court house and right past the metal detectors. Lindsay Lohan was spotted again later leaving court after the judge sentenced her to 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days in rehab. Lindsay's father Michael was also seen leaving the court.
