May 5th, 2010: Lindsay and mother Dina were spotted together at Right On Programs Wednesday afternoon. They asked the mother-daughter duo whether Lindsay was afraid to go to jail, about her upcoming roll as a porn star, and if they had spoken to Michael Lohan lately.

May 4th, 2010: Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina were spotted at court today for Lindsay's deposition. Dina responded to rumors that they were out late last night, claiming "everything [Michael Lohan] says is a lie." The photographers also asked Lindsay if she was planning on going back to rehab, but she refused to comment.

May 4th, 2010 -- Dina Lohan is spotted running out with two assistants to grab lunch while Lindsay is deposed by an attorney in Venice Beach about her 2007 arrest for hijacking a car with unwilling passengers which led to a DUI charge. Monday, May 3rd: Lindsay Lohan was seen arriving at the Chateau Marmont with her mom Dina where she stayed until 2am. Lindsay was also spotted in her parking garage returning home just a few short hours before her scheduled deposition.

May 3rd, 2010: Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at LAX Monday afternoon with her mother Dina. The photographers asked Lindsay about her father threatening conservatorship and whether or not her mother was here to deal with the surrounding issues. Later the group was spotted again entering Lindsay's apartment.

So furious, he pushed down teen paparazzo Austin Visschedyk, then proceeded to violently manhandle others. The swarm of photogs entered the airport to get pics of the sisters as they left Los Angeles shortly after the news came out that Lindsay turned down $1m to appear on "Celebrity Rehab," and also that she may do jail time after her probation is over.
