November 11, 2009: Not only has Lindsay Lohan not washed her car since she's been back from Morocco, we also noticed that her plates are expired. We spotted her at Bardot with friends, and despite insults from photogs she seemed in good spirits. Then her driver nearly ran over a photographer as they were leaving.
