Monday, September 24th: Lindsay Lohan may be in Utah trying to overcome her addiction to certain other um, illegal substances but one thing's for sure, she's definitely not trying to quit smoking anytime soon. Lindsay's oral fixation may actually be getting worse... we're constantly seeing her puff away outside rehab.
