Tuesday, October 12, 2010: Dancer Mark Ballas, who is still in competition with partner Bristol Palin for Season 11 of "Dancing with the Stars", told us, "I think Derek [Hough] and Jenni[fer Grey] are going to win." We spotted him picking up a late night snack at IHOP after his performance. On "The Situation" being eliminated, Ballas commented, "I was sad, I thought he did a good job."
