Saturday, January 7, 2011: We spotted attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan outside of BOA Steakhouse, and as always, he was happy to discuss a high-profile celebrity case. When asked about the preliminary hearing for Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, Kaplan said "At a prelim it's pretty tough for a court not to find that there is at least probable cause to believe something occured," and that, "not calling 911 could be [gross negligence]."
