November 19th, 2009: Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva were spotted leaving a restaurant in Santa Monica Canyon Friday night. A waiter caught up with Gibson outside the restaurant because it seems he had forgotten to sign for the bill and was leaving without paying! Then, Mel had a brief standoff with one of the photogs, saying "Don't you dare touch me," even though the photog was clearly not coming close to him. Should he be driving?
