April 08, 2008: x17 photogs spotted Ms. No Jail Time herself, Mischa Barton at Wasteland boutique today where "Vintage, Designer, Modern" is the motto. Mischa looked none of the above. But she did stick with the "Waste" theme pretty tough though- as in a waste of fabric on the wannabe hippie flower dress, waste of accessories on a sad ensemble, and most of all, waste of good hair weave on a negligent starlet!! Ken Paves should pop out of the bushes and beat her with a Jessica Simpson phony-tail!!! To top it off, she then channeled Punky Brewster as she left the store with hot pink capris! Shame on wasters!!!!
