May 28th, 2009: The paps caught up with Nicole Richie attending a party for a hair salon Thursday afternoon. The party was blocked off, but we have coverage of guys in DCMA assisting with duties such as handling Harlow's baby seat and helping Nicole into the car as she leaves.
