Orlando Bloom Works Out With Baby Flynn
March 29, 2012: A visibly fit looking Orlando Bloom, exits his gym in Hollywood after a workout with his baby son Flynn in his arms. The actor places him in the car seat and then grabs a smoothie from the gym's cafe.

Did he leave his child alone in the vehicle to go and get beverage? or Was someone else in the car? Surely, he didn't leave the baby alone in a car with the windows up.
The nanny was in the car with Flynn. He also started the car to turn on the air conditioner. All this is shown in the video.
His body looks amazing, BTW.
