Paris Hilton’s trainer waited outside the reality TV star’s Hollywood Hills home before getting word that the popular heiress had gone to be with her fathers. Rick Hilton is recovering at Cedars Sinai hospital.

After spending quality time with dad, Paris was driven from the hospital over to a friend’s house where she ended up having a sleep over.

If one thing is certain Paris Hilton knows the camera. So when we found Hilton heading over to Sammy’s Camera in Los Angeles to look over a few lenses we knew we had to tagalong.

Paris Hilton’s trainer set up an afternoon of mountain biking and the paparazzi could not keep up. Before taking off on the cycling adventure, Hilton posed for some photos with fans. Once on route Hilton had momentary trouble keeping balance on the bike.

Once again, we caught Paris Hilton meeting with her trainer - but this time, they weren't meeting at the gym! Instead, Paris chose to get some fresh air and sunshine while she still had the chance, hitting a bike trail up in the hills as her trainer kept her motivated. Most importantly, though, Paris finally started working her cheek muscles again as she posed with fans outside of her house and flashed what feels like her first smile in a week.
