February 17, 2010: We spotted Paris Hilton topping off her birthday celebration by partying with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt and friends at Tea Room. When asked what her birthday wish was, Paris replied, "I already have my wish." When we asked her if that was Doug, she said, "Yes." Elliot Mintz, Conrad Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Scott Storch and Miss Beverly Hills 2010, Lauren Ashley, all showed up for the occasion.
