Celebrity stalker Perez Hilton found him self near the Downtown LA set of Britney Spears' new video shoot. We don't know what possessed Perez to impersonate Britney, but we're pretty sure she's got it covered. Perez, do us all a favor and keep your clothes ON! Please.. ;-)
