X17 Xclusive - September 24th, 2008: The paps caught up with Rachel Bilson Wednesday afternoon. She was at the Barneys New York shoe department trying on some new footwear.

Ya know what? I hope Rachel Bilson makes it big on the silver screen (she has Jumper coming out early this year) or makes another splash on TV, like she did on The O.C. a couple years back. Why?
