When asked if she is still in contact with her husband, Shauna responded, "No I have a restraining order against him and I filed for divorce." About the potential of Shauna's ex husband Lorenzo Lamas filing for custody of their children, Sand's lawyer commented, "At this point it's not an issue. There's been nothing filed."
