X17 Xclusive - July 28th, 2008: Sophie Monk is such a trooper. The paps caught up with her Monday afternoon and followed her around a bit to see what makes her tick. She's always chill with the paps, and she just casually talks with her friends as if there wasn't a full fledged camera crew snapping photos. She and her friend grabbed coffee at The Coffee Bean and while there, we got coverage of a tattoo on the back of her neck that reads, appropriately, "Monk." I never got why people put their own names on their bodies, like sewing your name into your underwear, but whatever. Sophie rocks.
