X17 Xclusive - February 27, 2010: We spotted security outside of 'The Bachelor' Wedding strong-arming and detaining photogs for "blocking public access" at a nearby park. The photogs were handcuffed and detained by security from the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. Photogs remaining on site continued to struggle for their rights, after they had been told earlier by security that they could take pictures as long as they kept moving.
