Delete your data

LAST UPDATED — 4 AUGUST 2026

How to request deletion of data associated with the X17 Video app, published by Air4media LLC for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Before you write to us

X17 Video has no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we do not build a profile of you. There is no account to close and no stored identity to erase.

Two things do exist, and both can be dealt with. You can clear the advertising identifier yourself in seconds. For anything else, use the request steps below.

Step 1: clear the advertising identifier yourself

This is the only identifier the app is associated with, and it lives on your device under your control. Deleting or resetting it breaks any link between your device and past advertising data.

The app keeps working afterwards. You will simply see less relevant ads.

Step 2: send us a deletion request

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request – X17 Video.
  2. Tell us which platform you used, Android or iPhone and iPad.
  3. Give us the approximate dates you used the app. Because there is no account, dates are what let us locate the relevant server log entries.
  4. Optionally include your advertising identifier if you have not already deleted it. It is the only value that can match records to a device.

We acknowledge every request and complete it within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

What gets deleted, and what is kept

Data On request Normal retention
Server access logs
IP address, timestamp, requested address, browser or app user agent. Search terms travel inside the requested address, so they appear here.
Deleted. Matching entries are removed. Deleted automatically after 30 days whether or not you ask.
Advertising data held by Google
Collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve ads: advertising identifier, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics.
Not ours to delete. It is held by Google, not by us. Delete the advertising identifier on your device (step 1) and use myactivity.google.com and myadcenter.google.com for Google's own controls. Set by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Search demand counts
What was searched for, how many results it returned, and when. Stored with no IP address, no user agent and no identifier of any kind, so it cannot be traced to a person or a device.
Kept. Nothing in it identifies you, so there is nothing to match to your request and nothing to remove. It tells us which celebrities people look for so we can cover them. Kept as aggregate statistics. Never linked to an identity.
Account and profile data None exists. The app has no account system, no sign-in, no local database and no analytics SDK.
